Nghe An: For more than 3,000 ha of rubber planting

While acreage has exceeded the national planning, especially tens of thousands of hectares of rubber was broken when the storm of 10, 11, swept through the recent Central, Nghe An province was approved 3.089ha new rubber plantation.
