Brazil anti-dumping duty on rubber tires VN

On 7-1 , the Competition Administration Department (Ministry of Trade ) reported on Brazil had finally decided to investigate the incident and the anti-dumping duty on tire rubber products imported from Vietnam Motorbike Vietnam , Thailand and China .
According to this conclusion , the Brazilian tax rate for Vietnam enterprises is higher than other countries with tax rates from 1.8 to 7.79 % . Meanwhile, the corporate tax rate for China and Thailand respectively 2.21 and 7.4 % , 5.72 to 6.18 % . This rate is applied within 5 years .
The goods subject to this tax are: Products used rubber tires for motorcycles , cross- grooved , HS : 4011.40.00 by Association national tire manufacturer ( ANIP ) lawsuits . Time loss is calculated from January to December 6-2011 7-2007 .
In May 7-2013 , Brazilian authorities have conducted investigations on the spot verification of mandatory corporate defendant in Vietnam .
