Nguyen Minh City Engineers Office, Industrial Equipment Company MTC (District 3 - Ho Chi Minh City) have consulted a number of foreign models, then built a production plant for fuel pellets from sawdust , shavings (biomass) and building techniques to process the material handling sawdust, shavings before being turned into fuel pellets.
This is the first time in the country this model was successfully fabricated. It has a capacity of 1.5-1.8 tons / hour, sawdust, shavings will be pressed into pellets with a diameter of 90 or 80 x 80 mm square, the length of the pellet in the range of 50-300 mm.
Initially, a number of companies in Dong Nai have used this machine for the production of fuel pellets (replacing coal, fuel oil, ...) using the boiler plant at industrial park, power plant boilers ... compared with foreign goods (India, China, Thailand ...) pellet presses MTC production company with nearly equal quality but cost only 60%.
